DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree

The warm cookie and the bottle of water for each member of my family were a nice touch from the reception. The room was great size for all of us and had everything we needed. Great amenities in the room, I have nothing negative to say. Breakfast is amazing, with everything you need, from full english breakfast, to cereals, sweet treats, pastries, all looked amazing. But the all in all great experince was done because of the staff from reception and restaurant, as I have mainly interacted with them. They deserve a bravo and a special treat too, they made our experience something to remember.

We have been there for four night, on event there. The room is ok, bead is realy small as it say on description, so if you want confor pick room with biger beed. There are coffie and tea in room but only one glass for two people each day, one toilet paper, empty shower gel and regenerator ( I could ask but in hillton hotel I think this is no excuse) Bigest problem is water preashure, but I hear from other guests they had same problem, I was first time in england so I do not know if this is normal or not. Alloso water is not that hot, and we were here at the end of february and room was coold, no heating only heated place in hotel was reception. If you take half board booking you need to be shure they treat your booking as that, and that doesent meen that you will have bufe diner but you go in restaurant make shure that you say that you have half board included and they you can spend 25 pounds per person from the menu but pay the drink. Breakfast is ok noething special but will get you going, not the worst we had but defenetly no where close to the best. People are ok, they are tryng to help and bee there for you But all together for that price and name Hilton it is realy not. For some no name two, tree star hotel by the road will bee ok. For this price and name need much more as it is in other Hilton hotels. We were here on busines so we did not care for all that, but will not recomend or come there again just for relaxing.

Friendly reception on arrival from Mohammed - was upgraded to a room with a gym! Good size room and comfortable large bed. Everything needed was available. Lovely shower and soft towels. Very pleased with overall stay. Breakfast options excellent.

i must recommend the staff called MOHAMMED. he is a very great staff, a very good person i observed how he attended to all guest so polite, hardworking, patient, always wanting guest to be happy, because of him i will always use double tree elstree whenever i am in london. when he knew we were the couple having our wedding, he made sure me and my husband were comfortable, is it the free champagne in the room, the roses, all the free complimentary he added to my room he made me very happy i cried tears of joy. he is a great asset for the company

I stayed here with my daughter, i didn't want to lug my luggage and child onto a train. Therefore, I opted to drive to London and chose this hotel. Great location not far from the M1, great for commuting into London. The train takes about 20 minutes. The tube station is also nearby, which takes 30 mins. The hotel has parking, which is a bonus. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfy. We had room service for breakfast, which was excellent.
